We are looking for a Business Solutions Expert to help move forward our strategy and vision.

The Business Solutions Expert is a key position in the Global Banking & Market Engineering - Risk and Valuation Technology team, responsible for supporting and delivering system solutions for Front Office, Middle Office, and Regulatory clients.

Help drive strategy to transform & enhance current platforms using new technologies and tools available that best support the business need.
Responsible for the successful implementation of effective and quality solutions that resolve highly complex business problems and support business needs. Accountable for delivery according to pre agreed timelines and budgetary constraints
Manage multidisciplinary projects to implement solutions to business problems. This involves planning, securing, and scheduling resources, defining business requirements and processes, preparing business case proposals, establishing implementation strategies, securing consensus and cooperation from users and senior management.
Champion a customer focused culture to deepen business user and stakeholder relationships
Perform handson analysis as needed

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

68 years of relevant IT and business industry work experience in capital market or risk management.
Advance knowledge of Capital Markets, financial instruments, valuation methods, and market risk processes
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in order to build consensus and obtain cooperation from both stakeholder groups and other technology teams.
Exposure to programming skills in Python and/or Java
Experience with RiskWatch and/or risk scenario analysis would be an asset
