- Prepare owner progress billings accurately and timely.
- Handle timekeeping entries and assist with LEMS reporting in alignment with requirements.

- Follow documented accounting processes for day-to-day operations.
- Provide financial support for projects with defined revenues.
- Understand project contract terms and conditions.
- Support Operations for Contract Management and Administration.
- Prepare various reconciliations and project cost reports.
- Participate in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

- Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Manufacturing Industries is advantageous.
- Proficient in Excel and knowledge of Docusign and ERP systems.
- Majority of work completed in the office.

Summary
Reporting to the Operations Accountant, the Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing accounting and transactional support for tasks related to time entry, LEMS, owner billings, and subcontract administration. The role involves supporting accounts receivables, collections, and cash application while ensuring tasks are executed in compliance with company policies, project contractual terms, Union Agreements, and tax legislation. The Accounting Clerk collaborates closely with Operations Project Coordinators to build positive working relationships and proactively address issues to meet internal client expectations.
