The OpportunityDeveraux Developments is seeking a Project Manager to join our expanding team in Edmonton.

- Familiarity with safe work procedures, safety regulations, and having a valid first aid ticket would be considered an asset.
- As the project leader, you will be responsible and accountable for the overall success of the project. This includes planning, organizing, overseeing, and controlling the work of the direct team members, trade contractors, materials, and equipment.
- Your objective is to deliver projects on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality.
- You must maintain and promote a workplace culture committed to safety.
- You will collaborate with the project team to establish and manage budgets, schedules, and project plans.
- Your contributions will be valuable in making decisions related to the development and implementation of construction methodology and design.
- You will also be involved in negotiations and procurement of trade contracts, sourcing, and procurement of materials and equipment.
