    Site Superintendent - High Rise - Kitchener, Ontario

    Salary Range: $150K - $200K Base + Perks Location: Kitchener, Ontario About the Company: A developer with a Crowning Reputation. With over 20 years of experience in urban development, this company is dedicated to designing innovative, intelligent and efficient housing solutions. A steadfast commitment to excellence has enabled them to successfully launch and rapidly sell-out numerous projects in Kingston, KKW and Southern Ontario. An established developer with a team of over 50 dedicated employees. This company takes pride in building signature condominiums that transform and influence thriving communities across Kingston, KKW and Southern Ontario. Qualification Requirements: - Min. 7 years of experience in managing complex or multiple projects in the High Rise Residential projects as well as parkades
    - Min. 7 years of progressive management experience including management of multiple layers of staff
    - Sound knowledge of construction and building techniques and ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications
    - Demonstrated capabilities to effectively manage and coordinate multiple teams, both internal and subcontractors, to achieve project aims
    - Excellent leadership skills driving team and subcontractor performance
    - Proven track record of safety and environmental leadership behavior and compliance
    - Strong communicator with superior organizational and critical thinking skills
    - Strong attention to detail for quality assurance
    - High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability
    - Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
    - Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
    - Proactive problem-solver that can manage difficult situations with positive results
