Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Google Ads Campaign Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and achieve marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign planning.
Campaign Execution:
- Create and set up Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, and ad creatives.
- Monitor and adjust bid strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy, creative, and landing pages.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Manage and allocate budget effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Track expenses and ensure campaigns stay within budget constraints.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and content, to ensure cohesive and compelling ad creatives.
- Work closely with other marketing professionals to align online and offline marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Google Ads Campaign Manager or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Video campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other relevant marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
Salary:
$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
