  • Our team builds value and relationships through forming custom approaches for our client's individual needs and in executing on those approaches through experience, proactivity and a conscious recognition of the importance of the services we are engaged for._
  • Being a pointtopoint contact for inside sales and quote follow ups
  • Corresponding with clients to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Assist in generating quotes
  • Corresponding with technicians when required
  • Assisting senior and office staff with day to day operations
  • Relaying information and parts to and from the office
  • Handling inbound/outbound calls
  • Maintaining good relations with customers
  • Ensuring that technicians complete notes and documents correctly
  • Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:


  • Experience in the fire alarm/sprinkler industry considered an asset
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership and resolve conflict
  • IT Literacy

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
