Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains working relationships with existing and new employees, maintaining an ongoing understanding of the company staffing needs.
  • Maintains records including details of specific sites / locations and vacancies to be filled.
  • Assists with talent acquisition including drafting and publishing job announcements and openings.
  • Develops and maintains a database of potential job applicants; interviews potential job applicants to gather information about educational background, interests, abilities, work experience, and job preferences.
  • Identifies qualified applicants who match specific openings; and maintains ongoing communication with them to ensure all sites are staffed in an adequate amount of time.
  • Greet and welcome staff every morning at 6:30am to ensure all dispatch and manifest paperwork is complete.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of kitchen or catering experience in remote camp accommodations is preferred
  • Culinary or Business Administration Diploma is an asset
  • High attention to detail and organization
