About the opportunityThe Sales Coordinator role performs administrative duties for the Canada Market Leader combined with sales coordinating responsibilities with the Canadian sales and marketing teams
What you'll get to do
- Responsible for providing analytical and specialized administrative support to an executive
- Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks
- Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data and prepares reports/recommendations
- Schedules/coordinates meetings, travel and other group activities
- Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports
- May plan and schedule work and direct other staff to deliver support
- Requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment
- Process expense reports
- May assist leader with approving expense reports

- High School diploma required
- AA degree is preferred
- Preferred Qualifications
- Requires minimum of 7+ years related experience
- Strong word processing, spreadsheet and power point skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Thorough knowledge of company organization along with policies and procedures
- Requires specialized administrative support experience
- Strong attention to detail required
- General office environment
- Experience working as a coordinator within the sales organization
- Bilingual in French and English
- Creating and assisting with Power Point Presentation
