    Salary Range


    Annual cash compensation ranges from $47,250 to $69,300 plus a discretionary 5% company bonus. The final offer within this range will reflect the successful candidate's skills and experience.

    About The Role


    This role is responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, events, projects and appointments, and other operational related activities. The Facilities Coordinator assists with internal customer support, vendor oversight, purchasing of materials, equipment & supplies, shipping and receiving and reception back-up. The role will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day operational tasks & activities to support the Office.

    What you will do

    • Monitor service ticket volume and provides support to the Facility Manager on the raising and closing of reactive, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and scheduled service requests within the service portal.
    • Support shipping/receiving, employee/office moves, and workstation setup.
    • Oversee office security access, seating arrangements, and space allocation.
    • Ensure office facilities are well-maintained, including kitchenettes, supplies, and common areas.
    • Coordinate vendor services such as catering, cleaning, security, and maintenance.
    • Coordinate and monitor recycling programs, and environmental improvements contributing towards our green approach.
    • Facilitate deployment of security access, passes, and schedules.
    • Act as primary facilities contact and first point of contact for afterhours support and respond to emergency situations as needed on a rotational basis.
    • Actively lead & participates in Health & Safety Committee Meetings, Building Emergency Organization (BEO).
    • Support maintenance of training matrices / records / self-certification documentation / Facility Manuals.
    • Where applicable, provide assistance and back-up support to the Receptionist.
    • Other duties as required.

    What we are looking for

    • 1 - 3 years of facilities work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Ability to prioritize workload, work independently using initiative and judgment, adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational, written, and oral communications skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams).
    • Ability to shift priorities quickly & efficiently.
