How you'll contributeAs one of our Dispatchers, you'll play a key role coordinating the movement of our truck fleet through:
- Using our software and dispatching our truck fleet throughout Southwestern Ontario to various client and internal sites, fulfilling requests for Heavy/Medium Construction Equipment, Heating Equipment, and Scaffold/Temporary Fencing products
- Using our Rental Management System to process delivery and pick up orders for clients and internal sites
- Communicating delayed orders, partial pickup or equipment setup with customers
- Ensuring all trucks have accurate inventory counts, preventing stockouts and maximizing efficiency
- Cultivating strong relationships across the organization and with our client partners by providing an excellent level of service
- Writing and closing contracts, invoicing equipment pickup's, and making outbound calls to our clients
- Summarizing and reporting daily productivity to your supervisor
- Arranging fleet maintenance and service
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing all required PPE
- Completing other administrative duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and MS Office proficiency. Prior experience using DSI and Axiom Rental Management systems is a bonus
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, effectively able to deal with internal staff and clients
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced team environment
