Concussion Care is a leading multi-disciplinary concussion clinic that specializes in providing comprehensive concussion rehabilitation services. Our clinic is physician-led and embraces an interdisciplinary approach to care. We are dedicated to delivering evidence-based treatments while prioritizing patient coaching and education.

As a learning health system, we actively collaborate with renowned hospitals and universities to drive research and continuously enhance concussion prevention and treatment.

Our esteemed leadership team consists of globally recognized concussion researchers and healthcare professionals, including Medical Doctors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists.

Established in September 2020, our first clinic is in Ottawa.

Following our success, we expanded to Toronto in September 2021 and opened our third clinic in Mississauga in Fall 2022.

Who we're seeking:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within a clinic setting.
Strong financial management skills, with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of integrated healthcare operations.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
Develop and implement financial strategies to meet clinic revenue targets.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the team to manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
Operations Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations across three clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Implement best practices to optimize clinic operations, scheduling, resource allocation, and patient flow.
Streamline processes and enhance overall clinic efficiency.
Meeting with clinicians and MDs regularly to discuss any concerns or questions.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a diverse team of administrative, clinical and support staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Provide guidance and support to ensure staff compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
