A Day in the Life As a Value Added Service (VAS) Lead you will play an important part in leading the VAS team by organizing and completing all tagging repackaging and special project duties You ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle What does success look like in this role As a VAS lead engaging interactions with the teams will bring success in this role A keen eye for attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to motivate and celebrate wins with your team are an integral part of the role You will be on the front lines ensuring that the processes compliances are being accurately followed and KPI s are being met Shifts Sunday Thursday 3:30PM 12:00AM All About You What You ll Bring to the Role Experience with a warehouse management system WMS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask prioritize duties follow through assignments with a minimum of direction be extremely detail oriented Experience in leading personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively efficiently Has ability to be flexible adapt changing priorities Trustworthy moral character The Must Haves Must have months prior experience warehousing VAS retail merchandising experience as a Lead is plus Proficient Microsoft Office specifically Outlook Excel Must have physical ability carry out essential job functions including but not limited lifting carrying up lbs walking standing extended periods climbing ladders stairs comfortable heights elevated areas tolerating conditions such as dust dirt noise odors heat cold etc Things You Will Doing Oversee training cross-training team members Lead delegate variety tasks while working within SLA vendor compliance Collaborate Supervisor planning labor requirements forecast direction Client Services team Tagging repackaging projects along general warehouse duties Following NRI safety rules procedures security protocol standard operating procedures SOP Keeps work storage areas safe clean tidy condition times Perks Staff purchase program wear brands love Staff benefits plan chose benefits right Internal opportunities believe growing own NRI equal opportunity employer discriminate race national origin gender gender identity sexual orientation protected veteran status disability age or legally protected status If selected interview accommodations upon request We consult applicants provide suitable accommodations If someone would like accommodation reach out our team following ways people.-
