Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical assistance and support to endusers for hardware, software, and networkrelated issues.
  • Respond to support tickets and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
  • Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and system backups.
  • Document support activities, solutions, and resolutions in a knowledge base.
  • Assist with IT projects, including hardware upgrades, software deployments, and network installations.
  • Provide training and guidance to endusers on IT tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Keep uptodate with IT trends and technologies to improve support services.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Customeroriented attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
