Böhringer Group is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of concrete batch plants, crushers, mining, mineral processing and recycling equipment. Böhringer has been on the cutting edge of super heavy-duty equipment technology for 75 years. Our plants are robust and capable of withstanding the harshest environmental conditions. We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team in Innisfail.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate New Potential Suppliers
Setup new vendor accounts and supply chain development as required
Develop strong relationships with Vendors
Effective communication with vendors for the delivery of key performance indicators.
Arrange, Host and attend supplier review meetings
Maintaining the existing supply chain, analyzing, and reporting risk
Monitor Supplier performance
Develop and agree supply improvement action plans to rectify poorly performing Suppliers
Ensure all meetings (External or Internal) are recorded with meeting minutes, actions, completion dates and accountabilities
All Supplier documentation is recorded and held in the appropriate supplier file.
Supplier market analysis
Ensure timely processing of clearing blocked supplier invoices.
KPI reporting to the management team
Attend internal warranty status meetings and report on part delivery status.
Undertake any other duties conducive with the effective operation of the post.
Investigating and evaluating alternative product opportunities
Support Sales team with ad hoc pricing enquiries
Source products or services as required

Qualifications/Requirements:

5+ years experience in customerfocused positions such as retail, automobile sales, contractor management or finance an asset
2+ years of experience in Distribution, Inventory or Operational procedures is an asset or related education
Previous experience with a fabrication shop is an asset
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detailoriented and able to multitask
Canadian work eligibility is required
