Summary of Responsibilities:

Analyze, prepare, and communicate reports on machinery for process improvements
Maintain, debug, and troubleshoot robotic and PLC programs
Prepare technical documentation such as operating and training manuals
Proactive in process and quality improvements
Ensure compliance with all legislative safety requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma from an accredited postsecondary institution. Required field of study would include Robotic Technician, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, and Industrial Controls
2 years of relevant experience related to industrial automation
Ability to retain information and communicate effectively
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Able to work 3shift model: Midnights, Days, Afternoons, and required OT

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of relevant experience related to industrial automation
Broad knowledge of process automation
Highly initiative and independently motivated

Manages the entire manpower allocation of the Production Departments while meeting the sales/customer demands.

Responsible for utilizing the resources available with the emphasis on minimum cost and maximum throughput while maintaining quality, utilization of equipment, and ensuring excellent morale of the manpower resources.
