Legal and Compliance Analyst
Location:
Sherwood Park, Alberta - On-Site
Our client is looking for a legal and compliance analyst to join thier team full-time. You will play a pivotal role in supporting legal and compliance objectives for our companies.
You will be responsible for administrative tasks, technology management, and data analysis to ensure the efficient operation of the Legal and Compliance Department.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Track deadlines and coordinate submissions to Canadian insurance regulators.
- Manage technology platforms for legal administration.
- Oversee the Camms regulatory compliance management system.
- Analyze data and generate comprehensive reports using technology platforms.
- Assist in maintaining the Company's insurance portfolio and claims coordination.
- Write and update policies and procedures.
- Assist with various administrative and legal tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Postsecondary diploma or university degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a legal assistant or similar role.
- Experience with Camms, Power BI, and IBMi preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in French is an asset.
- Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Temperature-controlled office environment.
- Long periods of computer work and speaking.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Moderate lifting and bending may be required.

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $85,000
Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role
