Canaray provides the GTA with standard-setting oral radiology services. Canaray has doubled in size every 3 years since its inception in November 2011.

**This position is a full-time Customer Service/ Front Desk Reception position.

Duties

Duties include and are not limited to:

Telephone customer service support
Schedule, confirm, modify appointments
Proofreading radiology reports
Printing, mailing and filing
Data processing

- *Manipulating Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) Dicom files
- *Segmentation of 3D data

Following patient privacy regulations
Consistent sanitization and ensure all COVID policies are being followed

*Training will be provided, no experience necessary

Skills:

Mandatory

Sound oral and written communication skills
Adaptability to changing technology
Ability to learn new terms and skillsets
Proficient computer literacy

Relationships:

Working under the direct supervision of an Oral maxillofacial radiologist
Receiving feedback from staff radiologists and other support staff
Providing coaching to fellow support staff
