Hours of Work per Week
- 3 Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Some evening and weekend hours required during peak seasons, particularly at the start of the academic term.
- Evening and weekend hours may also be required for special events such as Open House and Graduation, among others.

Note:This is a full-time Support position (35 hours per week)
Duties:
Under the general supervision of the Manager, Campus Store Operations, the incumbent provides front-line customer services in the Falcon Shop clothing store and other retail stores as needed, and provides related tasks such as visual merchandising, setting-up and tearing down displays, folding and restocking product, assisting with the inventory management process, processing special/internal orders, and taking pictures for marketing purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1year certificate in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing/Merchandising, Business Administration, or related fields
- Equivalent education may be considered
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a fashion retail store environment
- Experience using a POS system, handling cash, and performing store opening and closing duties
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
