Job summary
The Labourer will be responsible for general labour duties related to construction and quarrying work at the Eskay Creek Mine site.This role will involve working in varying locations, conditions and with varying small tools and equipment.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a remote mining or industrial environment and must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License.
Responsibilities
- Perform mining-related duties including moving supplies, fueling equipment, moving pumps and light plants, and setting up dewatering systems.
- Perform construction-related duties including operating plate compactors, shoveling, raking, installing geosynthetics, installing culverts/pipes,
and cleaning tracks.
