    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree
    • Experience: 2-3 years
    • or equivalent experience

    Work Setting:

    • Open to relocation

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
    • Recruit, hire and supervise staff or volunteers
    • Plan and prepare construction schedules, milestones, and monitor progress
    • Handle contracts and negotiate revisions
    • Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
    • Manage budgets efficiently
    • Oversee material purchases and land acquisitions
    • Analyze data and information accurately
    • Report preparation
    • Organize and evaluate daily operations effectively

    Supervision:

    • Supervise a team of 11-15 individuals

    Transportation/Travel Information:

    • Willingness to travel

    Work Conditions:

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

    Tools/Equipment:

    • Provided with a cellular phone
