Description

• Administer and maintain PPM and project tracking tools, including configuration updates, user access, templates, and workflow support.
• Develop, maintain, and automate project portfolio dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Conduct data quality reviews on project schedules, RAID logs, status reports, financial forecasts, and metadata.
• Support PMO processes including intake, gating, performance tracking, and documentation compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, PMO leadership, Finance, and IM/IT teams to ensure reliable and standardized project data.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for PMs and stakeholders on tools, reporting expectations, and processes.
• Prepare recurring reporting packages and ad-hoc analysis to support portfolio governance and executive reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum Yrs experience administering PPM tools (e.g., MS Project Online, Project for the Web, or equivalent), including experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel Power Query, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Management, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications in CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), or relevant Microsoft 365/Power Platform certifications – an asset
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate insights.
• Advanced proficiency in reporting and visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle, project controls, and PMO methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Have clear oral and written communication skills appropriate to all levels of management and clients
• Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team
