As a clientele and financial services agent, you work closely with advisors by providing tailored support to members and clients in your field.

You support advisors in providing services and maintaining business relationships.

You have the latitude and are called upon to take charge of the immediate needs of members and clients by offering simple and rapid solutions in terms of investment, financing and protection, all in line with the action plan.

With your well-honed interpersonal skills and effective communications, you ensure member and client satisfaction and quality service delivery, in accordance with the organization's standards and procedures.


You play a big part in supporting business development by helping to serve members and clients, performing those tasks that entails and providing superior-quality customer service.


You make offers in connection with day-to-day activities and sales support related to products and services to meet member and client needs and expectations in accordance with current strategies and practices.

Your ability to tailor your approach as the situation dictates is a great asset.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Handle member and client requests. Carry out the necessary steps and research, and propose tailored solutions Be attentive to and propose solutions to meet members' and clients' needs and expectations- Help members and clients choose and effectively use tools and alternate channels offering greater freedom and automation- Capture business opportunities and take part in sales development through various initiatives

Qualifications:


  • Attestation of College Studies in a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Hold a mutual fund representative certificate - Autorité des marchés financiers- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge- Understand financial documents used in the field of wealth management- All products and services available to caisse members and those offered in Desjardins business centers, the components and in the Desjardins distribution networks- Integration of financial data into systems- Notions of compliance with legislation respecting the distribution of financial products and services- Good grasp of the philosophy and fundamentals of a financial services cooperative- Operational procedures for financing and investment activities- Operational procedures for convenience services and products as well as automated and assisted transactions- Operational procedures for opening accounts, selling complementary products and services and those related to AccordD financing- Desjardins business processes (e.g., sales, solicitation and negotiation processes)- Service standards
