- Functional Testing: Ensure proper functionality of the UPS system according to design specifications.
- Performance Testing: Validate efficiency, load capacity, and stability of UPS systems under various conditions.
- Compliance Testing: Ensure UPS systems adhere to relevant industry standards and document compliance test results.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any issues encountered during testing, collaborating with design and engineering teams on solutions.
- Safety Testing: Verify compliance with safety standards and regulations, such as electrical safety and fire safety.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed test reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on UPS technology trends, implement best practices, and enhance testing processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of UPS products.
- Customer Communication: Provide customized test reports to customers.
- Customer Support: Offer technical assistance and product guidance to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance/certification of energy storage/power conversion products.
- Experience with EMI troubleshooting.
- Expertise in testing and validating power electronics, especially UPS systems.
- Strong grasp of industry standards and compliance requirements for UPS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and travel internationally.
