- Conception de systèmes RF, cellulaires, système d'antennes distribués (DAS);
- Analyse des besoins et des réseaux ;
- Simulation sur des outils de modélisation tel que : InfoVista Planet, IBWave, Ekahau, incluant définir les modèles de propagations, la structure 4G/5G et les paramètres de simulation;
- Conception de systèmes DAS passifs et actifs, smallcell, micro cell, pico cell;
- Réseaux cellulaires utilisant les technologies LTE, LTE+, LTE-NR, 4G/5G, Wi-Fi;
- Rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques;
- Rédaction de cahiers de charges et de devis de performance;
- Sélection et aménagement des sites de transmission;
- Élaboration des spécifications d'interconnexion;
- Suivi de l'expertise et d'optimisation des réseaux;
- Audit de la qualité de service;
- Mesure de la couverture cellulaire – walk-test & drive-test.
- Baccalauréat génie électrique ou informatique d'une école d'ingénierie reconnu;
- Membre de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec;
- Expérience de 5 à 12 ans reliée au domaine RF;
- Connaissance des réseaux cellulaires utilisant les technologies LTE, LTE+, 4G/5G, Wi-Fi;
- Connaissance 5G et LTE-NR est un atout;
- Connaissance pratique des outils de modélisation tel que: InfoVista Planet, IBWave, Ekahau (une certification IBWave niveau 2 est un atout);
- Connaissance des problématiques d'interférences, Code 6, interconnexion micro-ondes ou fibres optiques;
- Connaissance des problématiques du déploiement de services;
- Bonne communication écrite et orale.
