THE ROLE
Since its inception, Hylands Golf Club has matured into a top-quality golf facility that offers a full range of services and amenities to its 1200 members and their guests.
A true jewel among Canadian Forces golf facilities, Hylands continues to host numerous regional, national and international events. As part of CFMWS, our mandate is to provide affordable golf to our local military personnel and their families.
Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Office Clerk prepares, keys in, edits, proofreads and finalizes correspondence, reports, statements, invoices, forms, presentations or other documents from notes, using computers.
As the office clerk you will also set up, maintain, and prepare reports from files, inventories, mailing lists and/or databases.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**High school diploma AND several years experience in office administration or related field

- In using software for publications and promotional correspondence

OTHER INFORMATION
This Category I unionized position is open to all interested parties.
Preference will be granted in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the PSAC bargaining unit for CFMWS Category I employees at CFSG (Ottawa-Gatineau).
This is a permanent full time seasonal position with an anticipated term of April 1- December 31 annually.This is an on-site position.
