VIDEOGRAPHER

What you'll do:

  • Work independently or in collaboration with senior producer to create original videos that tell stories in a variety of formats and styles for online platforms and television broadcast.
  • Executive endtoend onlocation productions.
  • Participate in instudio recordings, including setup and teardown of equipment, framing and composing shots; lighting and audio management; cleaning and organization of equipment; hospitality services for onair guests and talent; and support for other crew members.
  • Direct and manage production team in the absence of senior producer.

We want YOU:

  • 3 years of production experience with a portfolio demonstrating an ability to tell stories in a captivating way.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with team members throughout the production process.
  • Comfortable in an active learning environment and open to frequent feedback and review.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Expert attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Valid driving license and own car required.
10-15 hours per week


Must be available to participate in shoots at the Islamic Information Centre (1168 Bloor Street West), Muslim Media Hub (Pearl St., Mississauga), or at specific locations in and around Toronto.
