We're looking for a

Customer Service Representative. The work location for this position is

Rouleau, Saskatchewan and is considered a

Fully On-site role.

These positions are great for retired professionals, stay-at-home parents looking for a break or extra money, shift workers, and students

This is ongoing, part-time work and applicants should be available to join the crew for each of the scheduled sales per calendar year at our sale site in March, May, July, September, and December.

The time commitment could involve working 3 weeks in addition to auction days. Hours are typically Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. During auction day events, the hours could vary or be longer.

The Opportunity:

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments and other sale day activities.

In this role you'll:

Process bidder payments.
Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
Ensure that superior customer service is delivered at all times to all customers.
Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, coworkers and customers.

Previous work experience where you worked inperson with customers.
Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software.
Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.
A commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in highpressure situations.

You thrive working as part of team, pitching in wherever you're needed most.
