- Carry out lab testing according to standards and lab procedures
- Report lab observations to the geotechnical engineer
- Assist in maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and traverse uneven terrain
- Able to work overtime, and weekends, if needed
- Ability to work in a positive manner in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and strict adherence to procedure
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication
- Experience working in a laboratory setting (not required but considered an asset)
- 1+ years of soils, aggregate, and/or concrete testing experience (not required but considered an asset)
