Infosys is seeking a principal SAP FICO Enterprise Applications Consultant

As Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Montreal or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 11+ years of experience in SAP implementation and maintenance programs in the modules of SAP FICO, Treasury, Controlling and Tax.
• Should have hands‑on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling in a ECC and S4HANA AMS and Implementation programs.
• Areas of expertise (Controlling): Cost Center & Internal Order Accounting, Perform Product Cost Planning, Perform Period End Closing, Analysis and Reporting, Settle Maintenance, cost allocation and budgeting processes and Asset Financial.
• Areas of expertise (Finance): Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Manage GL accounting & reporting, Inter Company Reconciliation, Asset Accounting.
• Should be able to handle requirement gathering, blueprint, configuration, functional testing, test data setup etc.
• Able to analyze business requirements, conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, involve on necessary SAP configurations, detailed functional/technical specifications, testing and implementing the automated solution, guide/able to manage overall SAP team for development and testing.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge / certification of S4 HANA and Scrum Master / Agile Coach can be additional benefits that you bring with you.
• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
• Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.
• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.

Qualifications de base

• Diplôme de licence ou équivalent étranger requis d'un établissement accrédité.
• Au moins 11 ans d'expérience en technologies de l'information.

Qualifications préférées

• Au moins 11+ ans d'expérience dans des programmes de mise en œuvre et de maintenance SAP dans les modules SAP FICO, Trésorerie, Contrôle et Fiscalité.
• Expérience pratique en Finance et Contrôle SAP dans des programmes ECC et S4HANA AMS et de mise en œuvre.
• Domaines d'expertise (Contrôle) : Comptabilité des centres de coûts et des ordres internes, planification des coûts de produit, clôture de période, analyse et reporting, règlement de maintenance, allocation des coûts et processus budgétaires, et actifs financiers.
• Domaines d'expertise (Finance) : Comptes fournisseurs, comptes clients, gestion de la comptabilité générale et reporting, rapprochement inter-sociétés, comptabilité des immobilisations.
• Capacité à gérer la collecte des exigences, le blueprint, la conception, la configuration, les tests fonctionnels, la mise en place des données de test, etc.
• Capacité à analyser les besoins métier, concevoir des solutions conceptuelles et détaillées, effectuer les configurations SAP nécessaires, rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles/techniques détaillées, tester et mettre en œuvre la solution automatisée, guider/gérer l'équipe SAP pour le développement et les tests.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en documentation.
• Connaissance / certification S4 HANA et Scrum Master / Agile Coach sont des atouts supplémentaires.
• Solide expérience en relation client, excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
• Compétences analytiques avancées avec capacité à travailler sur des analyses de données complexes dans Excel.
• Capacité à travailler avec des équipes offshore et à coordonner la livraison entre sites.
• Horaires de travail flexibles requis en raison du télétravail, y compris chevauchements avec l'offshore deux fois par jour.
• Le poste implique de rester assis et de travailler sur ordinateur pendant de longues périodes. Doit être capable de communiquer par téléphone, email ou en face à face.
