We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team.

As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces
Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
Ensure that food is cooked in a timely manner and meets food safety standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent crosscontamination

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food service industry
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
