Responsibilities:

Develop, grow and maintain client relationships with domestic and international customers by targeting researchers, engineers and procurement personnel to help with product development from prototyping to volume production
Consistently meet all monthly and quarterly sales goals

Requirements:

Must have at least 5 years of sales experience and strong interpersonal skills with ability to understand technical engineering terminology/products to discuss solutions with clients
Must be passionate about sales and skilled at communicating with clients and have a positive attitude to bounce back from sales rejections
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be willing to learn about photonics products
Must have the ability to work independently and work in a team
Must be well organized and detail oriented along with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:5 years of sales or corporate customer service experience

Education:
Bachelor's degree required, STEM background preferred

Pay:
CA$ 75,000 to CA$ 100,000 per year
