Human Resources Administrator
The goal of this role is to support all of the administrative needs of Human Resources, Payroll and Executive Team Leaders.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Director of People & Culture Director, Human Resources Manager, Field Leadership and Senior Management on HR related inquires including: communications, health & safety programs, onboarding, asset management, and training and development of staff
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of users on our HR system
- Responsible to coordinate interviewing, hiring and completion of hire packages for all new staff
- Setup new devices and computers as needed
- Responsible for the ongoing administration of ITA Apprenticeship programs
- Event planning as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working in Human Resources or a related field
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle employee issues in a professional, confidential manner
- Adapts to changing work environments, work priorities and organization needs
- Displays energy and enthusiasm in their role
