We are looking for Working Foremen who have the knowledge and ability to work on commercial projects by leading sub-trades, self-performing diverse scopes, mentoring apprentices, and utilizing technologies.
Job Purpose:
To work alongside the Site Superintendent to execute different types of commercial projects efficiently and effectively.
If you perform exceptionally, you may be tasked with leading small-scale projects to help you grow your skill set as a Site Lead.
Desired Background
- Minimum:_
- 35 years' Foreman or Lead Hand experience in commercial construction
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
- Preferred:_
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and contract requirements
- A carpentry backgrounds
- Willingness to travel out of town
