RIMEX Supply Ltd. is the world's leading custom wheel & rim manufacturer in the mining, industrial and forestry industries.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design and layout print materials including brochures, sales sheets, product packaging, CD/DVD covers, advertising and tradeshow signage
Maintain and update corporate and product websites using a content management system under the direction of the Sales Manager
Maintain and update websites and work with outside web development companies.
Maintain house accounts
Create and enter in customer orders
Keep clients updated on the status of their orders
Generate graphic images/illustrations, interactive presentations and flash files into multimedia programs for use on the web or CD/DVD
Support sales team in creating PowerPoint presentations and sales collateral for customers
Prepare news releases and other PR materials (internal & external)
Order and distribute promotional materials
Support the overall marketing execution strategy (including administration) as defined by the Sales Manager

Education and/or Experience:

Other Skills & Abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Dreamweaver/Flash/HTML knowledge an asset
Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) and web analytics tools
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment; can ask for help and direction when needed in order to achieve deadlines
Strong organizational skills; individual must be proactive, goaloriented and work independently with mínimal supervision
Exceptional communication, organizational, copywriting and proofreading skills
Ability to write for different audiences and media (print, online, etc.)
Familiarity with mining and/or manufacturing industries and asset
Strong work ethic, ability to remain focused and on task
Experience in public/media relations, direct mail and media buying
