What we're seeking

We're in need of a Senior Project Manager, Producer, or Product Manager with over five years of experience in a digital agency to be part of our team.

As a Senior Project Manager at iamota, you'll collaborate with our team of strategists, designers, and developers as well as clients to ensure smooth running of large-scale Shopify Plus projects. Your responsibilities encompass planning, execution, and on-time delivery within scope and budget.

Responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager:

Lead operational planning for complex ecommerce website redesigns and platform migrations to Shopify Plus.
Manage projects for sophisticated clients and high-profile brands.
Track requirements across multiple work streams.
Coordinate with various stakeholder groups and manage expectations effectively.
Look for ways to enhance day-to-day project operations.
Produce project estimates and statements of work.
Identify areas of potential risks and scope creep proactively.
Lead discussions on scope, performance, and budget with team members and clients.
Keep stakeholders informed on project activities, milestones, costs, and risks.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
Collaborate with other PMs to enhance project management processes.
Stay updated on Shopify and e-commerce best practices to offer valuable insights to clients and team members.

General Requirements for a Senior Project Manager:

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge in Shopify, business, UX, and e-commerce best practices.
Effective communication across different levels and roles.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Clear and concise communication skills.

Who we seek:

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

Minimum 5 years in Project Management, Product Management, or Production in a digital agency.
Experience in medium-to-large scale website projects or digital products.
Ecommerce platform experience, preferably Shopify/Shopify Plus.
Proficient in agile methodologies and project management tools.
Self-motivated individual with a desire for continuous improvement and learning.
Relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent experience.

BONUS POINTS (NOT ESSENTIAL)

PMP Certified.
Certified ScrumMaster or Product Owner.
Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization fundamentals.
