JOB SUMMARY
Maintains facilities and buildings. Cleans, lubricates and paints all equipment as required.
JOB SCOPE
No supervisory or budgetary responsibilities
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleans and details vehicles and equipment as required.
Paints all equipment as required.
Assists others as required.
Cleans oil drain areas once a week.
Cleans shop wash and paint areas once a week.
Collects and disposes of waste materials in appropriate garbage bins at the port.
Organizes and cleans the tool room and hose container.
Keeps shop and surrounding areas clean.
Performs all other assigned duties.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION,
EXPERIENCE AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
Six months experience in building cleaning, or heavy equipment painting and maintenance.
LICENSE:
Valid local driver's license

N/A
