_ Digital Marketing Associate_

How does the role impact the organization?
This position demands a blend of excellent communication skills, keen initiative, and well-developed interpersonal skills.

The Digital Marketing Associate will work on a variety of advisor-focused marketing initiatives, including copywriting, social media campaigns, and marketing consultations.

The Digital Marketing Associate will work closely with our Financial Advisors and support staff across the country to assist them with their ongoing marketing needs.


What is the position responsible for?

  • Directly support Financial Advisors by uncovering their needs and by making recommendations on improving and optimizing their digital marketing strategies;
  • Support implementation of identified strategies for Financial Advisors to achieve marketing targets and assist in executing those strategies consistently over time;
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing within the financial services industry;
  • Coordinate and train internal resources across the firm on marketing and online best practice;
  • Regularly audit current processes and technologies and identify opportunities for improving efficiencies;
  • Generate highquality, targeted copy for websites and other marketing channels;
  • Support development of marketing practices, social strategies, and graphic design projects;
  • Consult with internal clients to develop and manage Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ad campaigns;
  • Manage and optimize website structure, content and landing pages to ensure a great user experience and high conversion rate while maintaining SEO best practices;
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns;
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and implement changes to improve conversion rates;
  • Implement best practice meta tags, header tags and meta descriptions; and
  • Conduct client surveys and analyze campaign data to determine efficiency and shape future marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years Marketing experience in a professional services firm;
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or English;
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Lead Generation, and Conversion Tracking;
  • Finely tuned analytical skills and experience with data analysis; and
  • Experience creating and analyzing surveys and querying databases.
  • Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ad campaigns;
  • Ensure quality and consistency in execution of content writing on webpage, social media, and all digital communications;
  • Partner with internal teams at Raymond James Ltd.;
  • Communicate proficiently in English (proficiency in French an asset); and
  • Copywriting and proofreading;
