- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in retail, manufacturing, or industrial business.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a KPI-driven environment.
- Extensive travel required.
- Experience in financial accountability, matrixed environments, and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
