Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Manage the operations of the UBC office.
- Organize Meetings and Events: Plan and execute companywide meetings
- Moderate Meetings: Lead and oversee a discussion in a meeting and ensure
- Distribute Memo: Prepare a concise memo and send it out to relevant par
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience working in administrative/operational support
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and work ethics.
- Work well independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
