Indigo Park is looking to have a Parking Host join our team at The Rise shopping Center in Vancouver

Shift Available:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Engages, greets, and acknowledges all guests.
Establishes a rapport with our regular guests.
Maintains a professional outlook (no personal cellphones unless during breaks).
Controls traffic flow and offers directions when needed.
Assists guests with pay stations.
Answers work phone calls and helps guests with any enquires.
Ensures cleanliness and tidiness of the parkade.
Ensures all pay stations are in working order.
Ensures all signage is in good condition and in the right place.
Shows presence at the parkade to deter any thefts (stairwells, exit doors, etc.).
Communicates and maintains a good relationship with other departments (Patrols, Security, Maintenance, etc.).
Reports any abnormalities to the Manager.
Follows Standard Operation Procedures provided by managers.
Performs any other duties that may be assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
Ability to diffuse difficult customer service situations, both over the phone and inperson.
Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary:
$17.50 per hour
