People & Culture Coordinator
We are expanding our People Team and looking for a highly motivated individual to join our world class, SaaS organization with an award-winning culture.

You will work on our People Operations team where we will guarantee you lots of fulfilling, challenging and varied scope to grow your career.
We are a small but mighty bunch of HR professionals who love to work hard and have lots of fun along the way (we love our social touch points and happy hours).
Our overall People team is comprised of Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll), and People AdvisoryIn this role, you will work on a variety of the below (not all at the same time but you will enjoy a generalist type of role):
People Operations
- Conduct and manage the global new hire orientation program to ensure smooth onboarding for new Liders
- Process employment related letters such as offers, transfers, promotions, etc.
- Ensure employee documents and letters are kept up to date and compliance procedures are followed
- Support employees by providing information according to company policies and procedures
- Maintain and verify accuracy of employee records including pay, benefits and leaves
- Ensure company compliance with provincial, federal and state laws
- Support HRIS and Benefits administration when necessary
- Create comprehensive reports, maintaining dashboards, analyzing and presenting data in an easily digestible way to inform decision making
- First point of contact for all immigration queries
- Support Operations projects and initiatives as required
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Commissions
- Administer complex sales commission plans for sales professionals located all over the world
- Calculate monthly/quarterly sales commissions
- Provide accounting with commission accruals based on deadlines
- Resolve commission reconciliation issues
- Maintain and audit information needed to track revenue and analyze sales performance results
- Partner with HR to keep employee information current
- Ad hoc reporting as may be required
What will you bring to the team?
- A people first mindset and approach
- Strong professional communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience using tools including Google Workspace, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines
- Desire to work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to deliver on tight timelines and changing requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- At least one or two years of HR experience, in an admin or analyst capacity, and working in an agile, SaaS / software environment is an asset
- A HR or Business education background would also be an advantage
