Rotate shifts Front Office Service Centre handling arrival departures telephone inquiries purchases ensuring compliance all hotel policies standards core practices maintaining positive internal external relationships familiarity local venues attractions restaurants events hospitality standards acting teamwork safe work open communication accuracy transactions respect sincerity helpfulness courtesy humility welcoming guests airport communicating effectively hotel performing check-in escorting guests rooms accordance core practices performing cashier duties procedures undertaking ad hoc related responsibilities as required
