Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Wash Dishes, including scrubbing of pots, pans and silverware.
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit. Stock refrigerators and salad bar.
- Prepare highquality pastas, salads & appies according to restaurant guidelines & customer orders.
- Plate or package menu items appropriately.
- Manage food tickets and ensure that customers' orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean workstation and sterilize equipment.
- Cleaning and sanitizing.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Handle and store cleaning products.
- Sweep & mop floors.
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Selfmotivated, hardworking, friendly, adaptable and highly customer focused.
- Ability to take direction and remain calm under pressure while working in a fastpaced environment.
- Organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
- Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment is a must.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Must reside in the Edmonton or St Albert region. No applicants from other cities/countries will be considered.
Salary:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour
