This is a hybrid opportunity based out of dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre.

Your main responsibilities as an intern will be to help with a variety of Real Estate tasks associated with our growing portfolio of over 535 dental practice locations across the country.

In this role, you will

  • Organize drive folders: construction documentation audit, organize lease & assignment documents.
  • Assist with coordinating and sending out all of our landlord insurance certificates.
  • Update and maintain real estate renewal reports database
  • Update distances of nearby practices in lease actions tracking report for consolidation opportunity awareness.
  • Work with legal to produce an updated list of Partner information & contract expiries.
  • Creation of lease administration acquisition form.
  • Assist with analysis of Facility Condition Report data.
  • Assist with the creation of a construction project dashboard to connect to SharePoint project workbooks.
  • Assist in calibration of Facility Condition Report inspection data received from operations team.
  • Create a design document to showcase previous builds to present to stakeholders at the start of the design process.

  • You are currently enrolled in Real Estate, Business or related degree program
  • You possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • You adapt at picking up new technology
  • Ability to learn and work both in groups and independently
  • You have strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and have great communication skills
