Job Purpose and Impact


The Marketing Communications Specialist (Open to Remote) will coordinate the development of marketing communications materials to effectively represent the organization's animal nutrition products, services, brands and the organization to customers and prospects in our Canadian market.

In this role, you will create moderately complex visual solutions to communicate information about the organization's products or services. Key Accountabilities

Execute and coordinate medium scale, multi-channel marketing communications and promotion efforts.
Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
Help design, develop, and implement marketing programs and pricing strategies to support the organization's products, services, or market sector.
Use general knowledge to create graphic presentations that communicate mood, emphasis, insight, viewpoint, and similar visual impressions.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned.
LI-YF1 Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Diploma/Certificate or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, journalism, project management, agriculture or animal nutrition.

Minimum of two years of related work experience.

Must possess a valid Canadian Full Class 5 Driver's License in good standing, authorizing to drive independently during the course of this employment.

Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada. Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in both French and English (verbal and written).
Knowledge or experience in agriculture, preferably production livestock or hobby farming.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint). Position Information
