We are looking to fill a permanent position for
Retail Sales Representative at our Richelieu - Neos Gordonply distribution office.


Position Overview:


Neos-Gordonply, a division of Richelieu Hardware Ltd, is seeking a sales professional dedicated to a career in the retail wood panel industry.

Your role will consist of being responsible for all sales activities and management of customer accounts within a set territory.

The successful applicant will establish and manage excellent client relationships that will generate sales growth while developing new clients to achieve further results.


More specifically, your main tasks will be:

  • Business development and sales growth of our board, décor panels, and plywood products.
  • Able to provide our retail customers with innovative products and solutions to support their business needs.
  • Inperson customer meetings will be required.
  • Able to work collaboratively with our Richelieu team.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Great computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Being organized, autonomous and resourceful.
  • Goal oriented.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Mixrole that will require travel and inperson customer meetings across the territory.
  • Own vehicle and personal computer & tablet required.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales. (Industry experience would be an asset.)
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
  • Good aptitude in analyzing issues and proposing solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to create business relationship.
