Job Description:

ADGA Group Consultants Inc. is hiring a Technical Advisor - Construction Project Security to support construction of secure/classified environments

Manage security risk mitigation strategies including technologies, building design and urban planning.
Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
Determine needed resources from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

Qualifications:

Minimum of
ten (10) years of experience in Construction Project Security procedures and processes within the Government of Canada environment.
Experience managing projects within Government of Canada environment.
Experience in the project security environment (Example: various Government levels or Institutions).
Experience with risk management frameworks and processes.
Experience with security risk mitigation strategies including technologies, building design and urban planning.
Experience/knowledge of documentation to ITSG1 IA, ITSG33 and CSSS 100 V
Experience dealing with other Consultants who specialize in construction, security, engineering and highly complex infrastructure.
Accredited professional certifications
PSP, CPP and PMP
Bilingualism is an asset

Must be eligible to obtain Federal Government Security Clearance

Must be a Canadian citizen and a resident in Canada for at least the past 10 years
