Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our data products, working closely with crossfunctional teams to understand customer needs and market trends
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our data products, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Analyze data to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities that inform product development and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that data products are scalable, reliable, and secure
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute gotomarket strategies for data products
- Develop and manage a team of data professionals to ensure that data products are of high quality and meet customer needs
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics for data products, and use data to optimize product strategies and tactics
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to expand reach and drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, data science, or related field; MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in data product management, preferably in the online learning industry
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful data products that drive revenue growth
- Experience in managing a team of data professionals
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data modeling
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies
- Experience with data technologies and tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
