INFRASTRUCTURE AND CLOUD TECHNICIAN
We are currently looking for an infrastructure and cloud technician to join our information technology team.

Under the responsibility of the Deputy Director of Information Technology and in collaboration with the team of infrastructure and cloud administrators and IT technicians, 80% of the time of the infrastructure and cloud technician will be allocated to respond to the tickets assigned to him, in order to provide adequate support to users.

He will also be assigned on a basis of 20% of his time to different projects allowing him to experiment with new technologies and learn in order to evolve his skills.


Responsibilities and Missions:


  • Respond to calls for services in a courteous and professional manner;
  • Provide technical support and technical solutions adapted remotely or on site;
  • Manage incidents according to their priorities;
  • Administer security rights for our infrastructure;
  • Participate with other team members in the search for technical solutions;
  • Management of the IT inventory;
  • Management of the VOIP system and related services;
  • Organize and document information related to issues and solutions;
  • Participate in team projects while meeting deadlines;
  • Participate in the oncall rotation of the team for support.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Have a college diploma in computer science or equivalent;
  • Be solution oriented and demonstrate results on actions;
  • Professional and courteous service;
  • Quickly understand the situations and issues that make it possible to make decisions that integrate the company's business issues;
  • Be able to analyze and conceptualize different processes;
  • Be able to organize, execute and monitor multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Have a good tolerance to pressure and deliverables in a short time;
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging environment;
  • Be autonomous, rigorous and curious;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience and similar responsibility (mandatory);
  • Windows Server, Office 365, infrastructure and hybrid IT network: onpremise and cloud;
  • Bilingualism (French/English) essential;
  • Available for crosssite travel and guard rotation for support.
