    Description

    A company I'm collaborating with is on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Technician at their facility in Vaughn, ON

    What You Need for the Job

    • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
    • Knowledge of pre-operational line checks
    • Experience in conducting internal and external audits
    • Familiarity with working in fridge and freezer environments

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct preoperational inspections of facilities and production line equipment to prevent any issues during production
    • Ensure products meet food safety and company standards
    • Daily check of Critical Quality Points (CQP) and Critical Control Points (CCP)
    • Record inspection results, audits, and production data in the computer system
    • Audit products for batch controls, weights, and temperature
    • Participate in internal and external audits
    • Inspect for foreign materials and conduct investigations

    Working Hours

    • Rotating shifts every 2 months
    • Day Shift: 4:30am - 1:30pm
    • Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 11:30pm
